Delivery options

On some of our headboards depending on the manufacture we offer delivery options

To find out about the delivery of a headboard you are interested in please see the "Delivery options for this product" tab underneath the product image this will give you what the delivery time is and delivery options for this product and also whether there is an added cost to your post code

All other orders will be shipped as below.

We get some manufactures to ship direct from there warehouse to you using there courier please look at the delivery options tab for that individual products delivery options

As soon as your order arrives in our warehouse (or if it is already in stock) it will be shipped on a 2-3 day courier or within 3 days of order depending on the headboard or product you ordered. You will be sent an email on the day it leaves our warehouse. This email will give you a tracking number or a delivery day

Subject to availability, we aim to get all goods delivered as soon as possible which can be next day or up to 6 weeks, depending on the product and the manufacturer.

For non-mainland orders including Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Western Isles Highlands etc, we will be pleased to quote you a reasonable and competitive delivery price which depending on the size, product ordered and post code. Please use the 'Contact Us' form on our website for enquiries and our customer service team will respond promptly.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). Deliveries outside of these times are possible subject to prior arrangement and a small surcharge is payable. When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone.

You can cancel most orders at any point, though you will incur the returns fee if your delivery has been dispatched from our warehouse or our manufacturer's warehouse. If we have an offer by which you have benefited from such as vouchers and you have already received the voucher code, you will be refunded less the amount of vouchers you have received.

If for any reason you wish to return the goods
Please note that you have fourteen working days in which to report and return your order to us. The following conditions apply:
The goods are returned to us:

By you, you pay for your own selected courier to return the goods to us. You take responsibility for the returned package on its way to us, and if damaged on recite it could be refused, you would then have to claim from the courier used by you.
We will not issue a refund in this case as the package was damaged outside of our control.

The returned goods must be in a resalable condition, in original packaging, and packed as first opened, failure to do the latter will result in deductions from your full refund.
On recite of your returned order, and all is ok we will refund your money

(Please note that any upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable)

The consumer must retain possession and take good care of the goods until returned to us.

The goods are returned in the original packaging (goods that are delivered by courier are very well packaged both by the manufacturer and then by ourselves).
The items have not been part or fully assembled or used.

This returns policy excludes special order items such as made-to-measure, bespoke rattan/wicker/cane/headboards that are made to customer order such items will not be able to be returned.

For bespoke, rattan/wicker/cane/made-to-measure items, should you have a change of heart you must inform us within 3 working days of placing your order? Should we not receive confirmation (either by email or by phone) within the 3 working days of placing your order, we regret to inform you that we will charge you a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value

Damaged items due to a manufacturer's fault or delivery damage.

If your item is damaged on arrival please sign it as damaged or if the box is bashed and crunched sign it as unchecked (failure to do this may restrict your refund and returns please see our full terms and conditions) on the couriers form and contact us immediately, if after opening the item is damaged.

We request photos of the damaged packaging and the contents within 24 hours of the damaged delivery so that we can view the damage and asses the claim.

Failure to open your order and check it within 24 hours of delivery, will result in you not being able to place any claim against the delivery company. As any claim has to be placed within 24 hours of delivery.
